Do you hold plants if I order online?
Yes. Pickup orders are set aside at the front counter within 24 hours and held for a week. We email you when yours is ready.
Can you special-order something you don't have?
Often, yes. Send us the plant and size you're after and we'll check with our growers and give you a date and price.
Where do you deliver?
Around the Santa Ynez Valley and nearby towns. Enter your address at checkout to see if you're in range and what delivery costs.
What if a plant doesn't make it?
Bring it back with your receipt within 30 days and we'll help figure out what went wrong, then replace it or give store credit. See our plant guarantee for details.
Do you sell to landscapers and contractors?
We do. Trade customers can see our availability list and send a wholesale inquiry for volume pricing.
