We grow most of what we sell right here in Buellton, and we want it to thrive in your garden.
What's covered
- Trees, shrubs, perennials, natives and succulents bought from us are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase.
- Houseplants are guaranteed for 14 days.
- Damage or defects in pots, tools and supplies when you get them home.
What isn't
- Annuals, vegetable starts, herbs and seasonal color, since they are short-lived by nature.
- Plants damaged by frost, heat waves, animals, over- or under-watering, or being planted outside their recommended light and soil.
- Sale and clearance plants marked "as is".
How it works
- Bring the plant (or what's left of it) and your receipt or order number to the nursery.
- We'll take a look together and help figure out what happened, so the next one does well.
- You'll get a replacement plant or store credit for what you paid.
