Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Root 246 Wholesale Growers and Nursery LLC.

Orders and availability

  • Plants are living and our stock changes daily. If something sells out after you order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
  • Photos show typical plants; size, shape and bloom vary with the season.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies.
  • Pay online by card through Square, or at pickup or delivery.
  • Sale prices apply while the sale is running. Promo codes can't be combined, have no cash value and may have a minimum order or end date.

Pickup

  • Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We email you when yours is set aside.
  • We hold orders for 7 days. After that, unpaid orders may be released back to stock.

Local delivery

  • We deliver to the ZIP codes listed at checkout, on our scheduled delivery days.
  • Someone doesn't need to be home; tell us where to leave plants in your order notes.

Cancellations and returns

  • Cancel before your order is picked up or out for delivery by contacting us.
  • Plants are covered by our plant guarantee. Supplies can be returned unused within 30 days with a receipt.

Wholesale

  • Trade pricing and terms are quoted separately and are not covered by these retail terms.
